KUDOS TO TWO REAL PATRIOTS!

June 17, 2009 / Author: Save America

First, I’d like to thank our local Patriot Walt for forwarding on this video. Second, Patriot Congressman Randy Forbes  asks the questions  “Did America ever consider itself a Judeo Christian nation?” and “If America was once a Judeo Christian nation, when did it cease to be?”

The one who occupies the Oval Office at a recent speech, seemingly blasted  the “Christian Right” for hijacking religion and using it to divide the nation.

“Somehow, somewhere along the way, faith stopped being used to bring us together and started being used to drive us apart. It got hijacked. Part of it’s because of the so-called leaders of the Christian Right, who’ve been all too eager to exploit what divides us”, Obama said. Now that Barack Obama is President, his words should be chosen carefully. He has gone on to say,

“And one of the points I want to make is, that if you actually took the number of Muslim Americans, we’d be one of the largest Muslim countries in the world, “ Mr. Obama said.

Let us look to the words of First Supreme Court Justice John Jay who served from 1787 to 1795,

“Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest of our Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for the rulers.”

Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story who served from 1812 to 1845 when on to say, “ I verily believe Christianity necessary to support civil society. One of the beautiful boasts  of our municipal jurisprudence is that Christianity is part of the Common Law. There never has been a period in which Common Law did not recognize Christianity as lying its foundations.”

How much longer will God protect and bless the United States of America if we not only do not act like a Christian nation, but also openly proclaim we are not a Christian nation?

Not a Christian nation, when did that happen………January 2009?

Presidential Tracking Poll

Thursday, July 29, 2010 The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 27% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-three percent (43%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -16. Twenty-eight percent (28%) believe the U.S. is generally heading in the right direction. A federal judge ruled yesterday to block implementation of the Arizona immigration law. Rasmussen Reports began polling last night to measure reaction and Platinum Members can get a heads up on the preliminary results. Most voters were opposed to the Justice Department’s legal action against Arizona. It is likely that the judge’s ruling will keep the issue alive, adding to an already difficult political environment for the Democrats.
