Heads up fellow Patriots, we now have the morphing of the “Real ID” into the Pass Act S.1261. It’s being pushed by Janet Napolitano and special interests groups trying to force Democrats, Independents and Republicans to support this legislation. It will require an embedded chip in our driver’s license in order for them to keep track of us. States have been and are working to ensure drivers licenses are secure documents and have document integrity. The federal government, in spite of the states, want to set international standards that are not needed. This is the NWO…..morphing us even faster to Global citizenship with the federal government wanting control of your state drivers license. Although, State Rep. Babette Joseph, Philadelphia Democrat introduced a bill, which passed unanimously last week by the House, which would ban the forced implantation of computer chip in humans,  they continue to trend us into a Big Brother nightmare.

The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs will be considering this legislation in the immediate future.

While the Pass Act does not repeal the Real ID Act, it does repeal provisions of the Real ID Act, those provisions that are included in Title II of the Real ID Act of 2005. The Real ID Act is still intact and is federal law. The Pass Act contains many of the most egregious aspects of the Real ID Act, including the  requirement for a digital facial image/photograph that will be mandated to be internationally facial recognition compatible. The Pass Act will do nothing to provide a higher level of National Security. Under the provisions of the Pass Act, the documents used to obtain a drivers license are not authenticated. These documents are called breeder documents.  This means, through the databases (aamva.net and NLETS) states can still have information contained in their State Department of Motor Vehicles made available to both Federal and International law enforcement agencies without a court order.

Both the Real ID Act and the Pass Act result in Americans being enrolled into a single global biometric identification system that links a person’s body the ability to buy and sell. You need to call each of your senators in the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs committee and tell them we are opposed to the Real ID and the Pass Act.  This passing will lead to you being enrolled into the biometric identification system, your social security number in state DMV databases, RFID chips in your driver’s license and more of the federal government intervening in your lives. The Washington drones are interested in knowing every move you make, all of your private information and tracking you in every aspect of your life.

This is the real deal guys, are you willing to sacrifice your liberty for what they alleged as protection of your safety? The government is there to protect our privacy and not invade it. Now, government wants to protect their own secrecy and violate our privacy. Verichip, a company in Florida received Federal Food and Drug Administration clearance in 2004 to market the implanted microchips and were tested on 200 Alzheimer patients. Injected into the triceps, these chips have 16 digit codes and GPS capabilities which track their whereabouts. In Mexico, implants are used for some government employees to enter restricted buildings. A bar is Scotland offers to implant chips that allow patrons to purchase pints without a credit card according the various news accounts.

Without chipping individuals like bar-coded packages of meat  for safety or tracking of individuals which actually require monitoring, electronic ankle bracelets could keep track of someone in a much less invasive manner.  Technology like this for ordinary citizens needs to be stopped dead in its tracks.

The Constitution is where the Federal Government is created. When the Fed was created, limited powers were included. The Constitution states that whatever powers we are not granting the Federal Government, they simply do not have and these powers remain with the citizens and the States of AMERICA! Therefore, the federal real id is un-constitutional. IT’S TIME TO LEGALIZE THE CONSTITUTION!
