The Florida Firearms Freedom Act

This is huge! The Florida Firearms Freedom Act (AKA “HB21″) was introduced Monday, July 6th in the Florida House by Representative Marlene O’Toole from District 42.

This bill would declare firearms produced wholly or mainly in the state of Florida to be free from federal firearms restrictions!

Montana recently passed a very similar law called the Montana Firearms Freedom Act. Here is the Florida proposed legislation:

A companion bill will soon be introduced in the Florida Senate.

Everybody needs to go to myfloridahouse.gov, look up their representative (there are five different people that represent Lee County), and ask them to co-sponsor this bill! I just e-mailed my rep, now you need to do the same! This is a vital step in re-claiming our state’s sovereignty.

If Montana can do it, we can too!
