President Obama’s Address to Students Across America September 8, 2009:

September 2, 2009 By Save America

President Obama announced on September 8, 2009, the first day of school for many children across America – he will be delivering a national address directly to the students. He will call for a shared responsibility and commitment on the part of students, parents and educators to ensure every child receives the best education so they can compete in the global economy for jobs and live rewarding and productive lives as Americans.

Obama’s speech to school kids is being touted by the administration as a national address directly to students on the importance of education. Is the President’s speech simply a good lesson in civics or is this just more indoctrination about the awesomeness of Obama?

I’m sure there are some who think objecting to such a nice gesture by the President is unnecessary. But, the truth is Barack Obama has no business injecting himself into every classroom in the country or suggesting to teachers that they can help students figure out how they can help the President through “shared responsibilities”.

Many parents should be contacting their children’s schools and make their own decisions to have or not have their children watch the speech. For those parents who choose to do this, be prepared to be mocked by those on the left.

The time for the Obama school speech is 12:00 noon eastern time.

Still think this is innocent? The following video is approximately four minutes. In the first three and half minutes it shows kids being propagandized by Barack Obama supporters. The last thirty seconds shows previous history of the same methods of propagandizing. Maybe we should give this some serious consideration?

The intent may not be nefarious but after you read the outline below and apply it to the context of Obama, his campaign rhetoric, his associates, his teachers, his Organizing for America etc., it becomes alarming.

INDOCTRINATION:

Indoctrination is the process of inculcating ideas, attitudes, cognitive strategies or a professional methodology. It is often distinguished from education by the fact that the indoctrinated person is expected not to question or critically examine the doctrine they have learned”.
