America’s Future is on the Line

Unfortunately, the Constitution of the United States of America is viewed as an obstacle by our President and many members of Congress. It stands in the way of their power, as it was designed to do. We are now facing a Constitutional crisis of epic proportion here. This Copenhagen Treaty which Obama has full intentions to sign on to, is simply not about climate change, global warming or any of the associated religious movements. This treaty is simply about creating a new Communist World Government. The redistribution of wealth mentioned in this treaty will do nothing to stop pollution, carbon emission, etc., but will create more wealth in third world countries. It will cede US sovereignty to the United Nations and it is a violation of the U.S. 10TH Amendment.
The text here is taken from the actual Treaty. It appears they are intent on TAKING our intellectual property for the good of the “collective”. No more personal ideas and Capitalism is definitely over for those of you who haven’t picked up on this:
“(Use to the full flexibilities contained in the Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) including Compulsory licensing to access intellectual property protected technologies, taking into account the example set by decisions in other relevant international forums relating to IPRS, such as the Doha Declaration on the TRIPs Agreement and Public Health;) (d) (Parties agree that noting in any international agreement on intellectual property shall be interpreted or implemented in a manner that limits or prevents any Party from taking any measures to address adaptation or mitigation of climate change, in particular the development and transfer of, and access to technologies;)
And then equally disturbing is this:
“Alternative 2: Fully transparent, fair, feasible, efficient and effective and appropriately balanced representation of all Parties (shall) (should) be ensured: Fulfill the implementation of the commitments contained in Articles 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.8 and 4.9 in the context of Article 4.7 of the Convention and be underpinned by the principles of equity and common but differentiated responsibilities. Developed country Parties shall provide financial resources and transfer technology to developing country Parties to make full and effective repayment of climate debt, including adaptation debt, taking responsibility for their historical cumulative emissions and current high per capita emissions. Developing country Parties will, in pursuing economic development and poverty eradication, take proactive measures to adapt to and mitigate climate change;”
Did you notice how they slipped in “Poverty Eradication” as one of the many things we IN THE UNITED STATES will be paying for? What does this have to do with their primary goal and mission of awareness??? And, just how much $$$$$ do you think that we in the UNITED STATES will end up paying to eradicate world poverty? How obvious can this be….. they are interested in wiping out our wealth and leveling the playing field globally.
