Having been off line for three weeks, I was allowed a chance to sit back and gain a very clear perspective listening and looking around at our fellow Americans of many nationalities and ALL political persuasions. The recurring theme was, “say what you mean and mean what you say”. Translation…a cry for the return of political decency and honesty WITHOUT an underlying agenda.
There were many fellow Chicagoan’s who were not disappointed about the Olympics awarded to Rio and Chicago OUT in the first round. For you see, these veterans to the “Chicago ways”, understood the Valerie Jarrett’s and Tony Rezko types were the only ones who stood to profit big time………not the average citizens. Yes, some individuals stood to gain from the temporary jobs, but they were the ones slated for the “redistribution”, and the rest of the “middle class Joe’s” would be charged with the repayment of the budget overruns. People are awakening and taking a hard look now at “Chicago style politics” which have moved into Washington. Reflecting upon just a few of the eight months of disastrous policy initiatives by Obama, Cash for Clunkers, Bank Bailouts, Auto takeovers and bailouts, H1N1 mandatory vaccinations, Health Care reform…all chipping away at our liberties with an extended arm to further burden our children. Americans are saying……enough, no more! The Washingtonians need to wake up and recognize the two million who descended upon them on 9/12 are NOT “fringe”.
Obama had to high tail it out of Washington and give a health care speech to a union crowd, how unusual on this particular day.
Barack Obama meant what he said about transforming America, even to the tune as the first sitting President who has refused to meet with the Dalai Lama. It is amazing how many WRONG decisions he continues to make as our “leader”. But, this shouldn’t be too surprising since Barack Obama hasn’t been able to find a church nor attend the National Day of Prayer. Priorities seem a tad skewed. At this time in our Country’s history, we would hope our President would recognize more fully the importance of prayer.
Apparently, this decision to shun the Dalia Lama came after China stepped up a campaign urging nations to avoid the Tibetan Spiritual leader. Yes, we must listen to what China says, if we do and we are nice to the Chinese Communist Party we can benefit from them later on. Yet, most Americans understand if you lower the bar on human rights, they will just move it lower and lower. Sadly, with this decision, Obama will become the first President not to welcome Dalai Lama to the White House since he began visiting Washington. And yet, we can light up the Empire State Building in the Communist colors for all to see. But, there’s a price Americans have to pay for China’s bailout to this administrations spending policies.
Again, this isn’t what Americans represent and believe in their hearts………are you listening Washington? And if you’re tuned in…….listen to the link below. A reader forwarded this link this morning and mentioned major radio stations refused to play it because it was not considered to be “politically correct”. Since well over 80% of this nation does believe the words of this song………I’d say that our “leader” better get his act together pretty soon, without the embrace and dictates of Communist China and the lack of respect of basic human rights. Sit back and turn up your volume, enjoy what you know and believe in your heart……………

United States is a nation founded upon Christian principals. Our founding fathers unanimously said we have a Creator who gave us rights which are found in the Declaration of Independence.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
Unlike the principals found and embraced by Communist China. If we let people who want to challenge and convince us there is no Creator, then we will also have no rights. Judeo-Christian principals have shaped this nation, from Congress approving in 1777 the distribution of Bibles for schools and families throughout the United States, to the law passed by Congress in 1954 adding “One Nation Under God”.and also found in the Pledge of Allegiance. We all should be inspired by the sacrifices made by the Founding Fathers and not the self serving nature of today’s politicians.
Barack Obama’s remarks made during his tour in the Middle East and at his press conference April 6th with Turkey’s President, Obama said” secularism is what makes America great. That’s something that’s very important to me, and I’ve said before that one of the great strengths of the United States is – although as I mentioned we have a very large Christian population, we do not consider ourselves a Christian nation, or a Jewish nation or a Muslim nation, we consider ourselves a nation of citizens who are bound by ideals and a set of values”. He wasn’t speaking for me…….was he for you?
When our Constitution was signed, the signers made sure that they punctuated the end of it by saying, “in the year of our Lord, 1787,” “And 100 years later in the Supreme Court case Holy Trinity Church v. The United States, the Supreme Court indicated, after recounting the long history of faith in this country, that we were even a Christian nation”.
President George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, William McKinley, Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover, Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, John Kennedy and Ronald Reagan all disagreed with Obama’s comments and indicated how the Bible and Judeo Christian principals were so important in this nation. Perhaps Obama could learn something from Franklin Roosevelt when he led this nation in a six minute prayer before the invasion of one of the greatest battles in history, the Invasion of Normandy, while he asked for God’s protection. I’d like to see the same step of faith for our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan…so how about it President Obama?
The Washington elites can pull God off the walls of every federal building, future currency, etc., and if they convince us that talking about a Creator is somehow mixing religion with government, they will be refuting the core principles that our Founding Fathers utilized to birth this nation. How foolish……..when will they realize United States has been blessed and is a nation of desire because it has been special, honoring our Creator.

But now it seems, whatever China wants….China will get. Obama and his minions can’t upset the boss…….what would happen if they stopped buying our worthless paper. Gold was up $24.00 today.
